nice decoration, very modern. It is well located and just a few steps from the metro station (Gran Via). The room was really small! We had to change room as the first one had a twin bed instead of a double bed as required. The second bedroom was also very small and with a constant bad smell. It was hard to sleep with so much noise during the night as the room was located on the ground floor on the same corridor that has access to the cleaning room and kitchen. |

location! It was a little dark, no hallway lights at least on floor 1. There seemed to be some burned out lights in the room, but we didn't ask as we weren't in the room very much! |

Very central and accessible for all the main tourist attractions in the city. A quiet atmosphere and although our room was next to the lift we heard no noise from it in the room. Very easy to check out even at 4am because we had an early flight. Recurrent problems with the door key card - perhaps the system is too sensitive? |

Location, off Gran Via (Gran Via is less than 1 min. away). Modern Furniture. Free internet in all of the hotel (there are 2 PCs in the reception if you don't have your laptop). Althought I liked the skylight in the 4th floor rooms, put in mind that these rooms are slightly smaller (but still cool and different) |

the rooms were a good size, also the bathroom was really big. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was also very nice the staff at the hotel were helpful but at times had difficulty understandering what we were trying to ask them |
