Feia molta calor fora de les habitacions. Van trigar 4 hores a donar-nos otes les habitacions i dues de les tres no estaven netes del tot: esnotava certa olor de tabac que no va acabarde marxar |

The location is excellent for sightseeing. Our room was very small and dark. The lighting was inadequate for reading. The hallway carpets and wood floor areas were very worn. Expected higher quality based on other reviews. |

Great location on a quiet square within walking distance to thing. We had a top floor mini-suite which had its own terrace overlooking the city (at the same price). Nice atrium lobby, small hotel atmosphere. |

Very well located, comfortable room, friendly staff everyhere. After my first stay, I went to Barcelona and, on coming back, stayed there again. The first room was very good. The second one was rather dark and demanded some steps climbing, with bags and no elevator nor anyone to help. |

The perfect location and the balcony with a perfect view of the monastery. Our friends had breakfast and they did say the price was a bit steep. |

It's a hotel close to the city center and all other places to visit are within walking distance. The people working there were very friendly and helpfull ! Price of the breakfast is quite high, but there are enough alternatives in the area. |

It remained a bit vague, but there was some confusion about my reservation that hadn't come thru which didn't make me feel too good about booking.com. Fortunately, there was 1 room left (!!) so that was ours. Threading the needle tho :-o |

Amazingly helpful staff (called the airport for us, arranged a shuttle to the airport) and beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean and have absolutely everything you will need. |

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Room service never called too early, didn't even see them at all, and the room was always done when we came back in the evening. No Iron and ironing service is pricey, worked out cheaper to buy a travel iron. Not a major problem though |
