The hotel had recently been refurbished and was to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I would definately stay here again and recommend to friends!

Modern comfortable room with helpful staff most of who spoke very good english - varied breakfast menu - and close to all ameneties

I am really impressed with Hotel Constanza. The lobby and room look better than the pictures on the website. The location of the hotel is convenient and front desk staff are nice and helpful. The newly renovated room is very modern and comfortable. The breakfast is great for the price we paid for the room. We really like the hotel and will definitely stay there next time in town.

Maybe because the hotel is still under renovation (lobby looks done), it is a bit hard for us to locate the front door of the hotel. There is no sigh of the hotel name by the entrance or the street number. We found the hotel by looking up and saw the hotel name on the outside way of the first floor (second floor in American standard). The plate of the hotel name by the entrance will be helpful.

It was generally good accept the following

1) Internet did not work for one whole day and no effort seemed to be made to fix the problem 2) Poor breakfast service. Limited quantitities of some items and no effort was made to refill the platters. More of first comes first serve basis.
