the day clerk, cheerful and helpful; the breakfast facility the night clerk is abminable, he went out of his way to be rude and obnoxious--not suitable to be in the hospitality business. |

The location was good and easily accessible to the central areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Building works were taking place in the hotel during our stay. Potential customers should be advised of this at the time of booking and given a choice. The staff minimised the inconvenience to the best of their ability. |

The staff at the reception was very friendly and most helpful. We were very impressed with their service. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Metro, which made it easy to reach museums, parks, etc. and other points of interest in the city. There was also a grocery store around the corner, which gave us alternatives to the expensive breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast had a sufficient selection and was delicious, but it was very expensive. |

The hotel is very difficult to find. The walls of the hotel are paper thin which means that you can hear everything. We were in a room near the breakfast room which meant we were always woken up by banging. It also sounded as though the whole water supply came through our room everytime someone used their bathroom. I would definately find another hotel before booking this |

It is located close to a lot of the Gaudi masterpieces, it was extremely clean, it had facilities you wouldn't normally expect in a two star hotel, the staff spoke English and was extremely helpful and nice. Just down the street there are three places where you can get a decent meal even late at night. I would especially recommend lucano, with an English speaking staff who makes you feel welcome. |

Pretty average hotel, nothing was glaringly wrong with the place, just not a lot of polish. Great location, right near a metro stop and walking distance to the Gaudi sights. The vent in the shower that looks directly into the vent of the room next to you was a little creepy, but you can just keep it closed. Wi-Fi was pretty weak unless you were on the 2nd floor (we were on the 4th). |

Able to park car below the hotel. Good breakfast. Convenience for metro. Numbering system on the avenue in which it is situated. Very difficult to locate the hotel as numbering system on the avenue not logical. |
