Location, the sea view, hotel staff was very helpful, the room was very spacious and well equipped, Only the TV programs - no free of charge music or movies channels, and if you want to pay than the price is too high- in nowadays the TV is not a point where you should spent 40 eur/day if you want to see MTV or VH1, or some normal movie channel |

the staff was fantastic. no charged early check-in, fantastic room, excellent breakfast, very good location (rambla was just 5 minutes walk away). a litlle bit expensive prices at the hotel bar. |

Helpful and pleasant staff - fantastic view of the city - excellent buffet breakfast - interesting art exhibited throughout public areas - unexpected impressive opera performance in the bar on the Saturday evening |

Super hotel, staff great. Great position for The Ramblers and other sights. Free wine and strawberries were served in our room as a birthday celebration, wonderful. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. |

Location of hotel, and quietness at night (after last car ferry left the port). Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean and well presented rooms. Views from room amazing. I cannot understand why a 5 star Hotel, of such a high standard, has such hard and uncomfortable beds. |
