La seva situació. L'habitació que collirem amb suplement i l'esmorzar. L'habitació que ens donaren en principi, que orresponia ala tarifa que havíem sol·licitat no estava, ni de prop fer-hi, a l'altura d'un hotel de 4 estrelles. Amb un petit suplement ens varen canviar l'habitació i aquesta sí va ésser correcte d'acord amb la categotia de l'hotel |

El personal molt correcte i atent. És un hotel molt ben comunicat per la seva situació a 15 minuts de l'Aeroport i a 2 min de l'estació de Sants. Fantàstic. Feia molta calor tot hi haver apagat la calefacció. A part, el llum intermitent de l'aparell contra incendis estava situat sobre el sostre del llit i era molt molest a l'hora de dormir. |

Great location, easy to access, professional and helpful staff. For a 4 star hotel, there should have been more facilities in the room and free internet. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for room with best view and was duly put up on the top floor! Right next to metro station covering 3 different metro lines so nowhere was more than 2-3 stops away and an after hours taxi was only about 7-8 euros from the city centre. Perfect location for all the sights. No tea/coffee making facilities. Swimming pool closed during winter months. |
