In today's world internet is a must. The internet connection had a fair price (5 Euros per day) and worked fine. The hotel staff was always ready to provide information and willingness to help at anytime. Breakfast can be improved. Natural orange juice instead the orange mix. Multiple option for eggs. Only scrambled eggs were offered. |

The room was a decent size, although it was a twin bed instead of the double we'd booked (although looking in the doors of other rooms as they were being cleaned they all seemed to be the same). The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was excellent (right next to Plaza de Esperanto, but on a side street so nice and quiet. The hotel had a bar, although we didn't see it open at anypoint during our visit. There were also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been appreciated had they been there. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. And in spite of being close to the Gran Via, it was also generally quiet. Some of the staff were very friendly, helpful and sympathetic. Sometimes noises from the hall and other rooms were remarkably loud in our room. |

Service was good - staff very helpful and friendly. For the price paid it would be nice if breakfast was included. It wasn't and was rather expensive. Ate elsewhere! |
